How long will it take to receive my order? Due to our partnership with global vendors to bring you the best prices, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

Why did I only receive part of my order? We ship from multiple warehouses to get your items to you faster. If you ordered several items, they might arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we can usually make changes. After that, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please contact us immediately at martins@potionagency.com with a photo of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as part of our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

How do I return an item? To start a return, contact us first at martins@potionagency.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package, as it will not be processed there. We will provide you with specific instructions and the correct return address.
